Our Impact in 2026
Every Meal. Every Ride. Every Neighbor.
For nearly 50 years, the McCall Senior & Community Center has been measuring success one neighbor at a time. Here's what that looks like in 2026.
How We Measure Impact
We track our work carefully so we can be accountable to our community, our donors, and the neighbors we serve. Every number below reflects real people in McCall and Valley County.
All figures are verified 2026 operational data.

How We Serve
How We Create Impact
Nutrition & Meals
From Tuesday and Thursday community dinners to Meals on Wheels deliveries, we ensure no neighbor goes hungry. Our kitchen serves hot, nutritious food to everyone who walks through our doors.
200+ meals served every week
Transportation
In a rural mountain community, getting to a doctor's appointment or grocery store can be impossible without a car. Our volunteer drivers provide essential rides that keep neighbors connected to care.
Rides to medical appointments & essential services
Food Security
Our food pantry, TEFAP commodity distribution, and CSFP senior food boxes provide a critical safety net for families and seniors facing food insecurity in Valley County.
150+ households served monthly
Food Recovery
We partner with local grocers and farms to rescue surplus food before it goes to waste, redirecting it to neighbors who need it most. Good food shouldn't go to landfills when neighbors are hungry.
Active food rescue partnerships
Community Stories
Community Voices
Behind every statistic is a neighbor, a family, a story. Our work touches lives in ways that numbers alone can't capture.
Looking Ahead
Growing Together
As our community continues to grow, so does the need for nutritious food, transportation, volunteer support, and healthy aging services. The McCall Senior & Community Center is expanding partnerships, developing new programs, and increasing capacity so we can serve even more neighbors in the years ahead.
- Expanding TEFAP and CSFP distribution to reach more eligible households
- Growing our volunteer transportation network to cover more medical and essential trips
- Strengthening food recovery partnerships with local grocers and farms
- Building capacity to serve a growing Valley County population
