Community Meals
A Table for Everyone
Every Tuesday and Thursday evening, we set the table for anyone who wants to join us. Our Community Dinners provide more than a nutritious meal—they create opportunities for friendship, connection, and belonging.
About the Program
Our community dinners began as a simple idea: that no one in McCall should eat alone or go hungry. What started as a small gathering has grown into one of the most beloved traditions in the greater McCall area — a twice-weekly meal where neighbors become friends and everyone is welcome at the table.
Each dinner is prepared by our dedicated kitchen team, comprised of staff and volunteers alike, and served hot in our dining room. The menu changes monthly and always includes a main dish, sides, drinks, and dessert.
Beyond the food, our dinners are a vital social lifeline. For many older adults and isolated community members, Tuesday and Thursday evenings are the highlight of their week — a chance to connect, laugh, and feel part of something larger than themselves.

The Difference It Makes
I moved to McCall after my husband passed and didn't know a soul. The Tuesday dinners gave me a reason to get out of the house. Now I have more friends than I can count.
Get Involved
